Getting an official answer from the German Embassy can be difficult, especially since their internal restructuring effective since January 2023 in which part of the phone and email services of the embassy were outsourced. With over a dozen letters already sent during the last months the embassy should by now have noticed that something on their end is not functioning. After all, the embassy and the consuls have the legal obligation as per international consul law to assist in any such matters.

Did all consuls ignore the emergency?
From March 13, 2024, to April 6, 2024, a German citizen who had lost everything repeatedly sought help—first contacting the consul in Querétaro and then the German Embassy. Despite sending daily pleas to all consuls and multiple internal addresses (rk100, rk1, rk10, rk101, among others), no response was ever received from any consular representative.

Who is Alexander Amadeus Holdschick?
Between August 2023 and April 2024, Alexander Amadeus Holdschick communicated using the rk100 email address and, despite repeated doubts, insisted he was a legitimate employee of the German Embassy in Mexico City acting under its authority. His identity and role could not be verified, making the conduct appear fraudulent. In May 2025, Friedhelm Godehard confirmed by email that Holdschick was no longer employed at the Embassy.

An application for social assistance for a person incarcerated was forwarded from the carcel in Querétaro to the embassy in July 2024. On June 22, 2025, “MEXI RK-100 Hess, Friedhelm Godehard <[email protected]>” reported that the application had been sent to a post office box in Ansbach, Germany. He stated he would provide no further assistance to the applicant.

Who is Friedhelm Godehard?
Since May 2025, the rk100 email address previously used by Alexander Amadeus Holdschick has been associated with Friedhelm Godehard. Holdschick’s use of the account was identified as fraudulent, and the same pattern now appears with Godehard, raising serious concerns of continued misrepresentation.
Who attended the INM meeting?
On the 20th February 2024 the embassy attended a meeting with INM regarding the deportation of a German citizen. The citizen himself and INM have serious doubts that the attendees were genuine representatives of the German embassy. Fiscalia General de Republica initiated an investigation. The attendees arrived in a car with plates from Puebla.

According to emails from Rk100 Till Feldmann is the head of Rechtskonsulat. Can you confirm?

Was the decline for consular aid fraudulent?
Marco Schachtner’s consular aid request was delayed four weeks, then declined. Ursula Koos, signing for the German Embassy, charged 150 Euros despite the rejection. The Embassy does not process such applications so this was an intentional act, not a procedural error. Request was sent in February 2024, decline was received on 22.03.24.

Where is the missing person?
On November 14, 2024, Shendel Aceves Santoyo reported the father of her daughter missing, submitting her case through the Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda and attaching a letter from the Bank of New York’s European branch to the German Embassy. The missing man was a financial investigator working on high‑profile money laundering and corruption cases in Querétaro. Despite the formal report, no action was taken then, nor has any action been taken since.

Why can visitors not enter the consulate?
Visitors to the consul in Querétaro are prohibited from entering the official office on the upper floor and are instead attended in the building’s lobby. This arrangement not only denies privacy but carries significant legal consequences: under international law, consular services are valid only within the designated consular premises. By restricting access and conducting matters outside the consulate, visitors are effectively deprived of legally recognized consular assistance.
Is the German Embassy on Linkedin?
Why would they? There is a Linkedin profile, even offical but without administration. So there are 40+ profiles linked to the Embassy, pretending to be embassy staff and without someone managing the profile it became an open door invitation to hackers and scammers. Notifications to the embassy between Feb 2026 and today were ignored

A video call between German Embassy and carcel Queretaro in November 2024. The person attending the call on behalf of the embassy introducec himself as Mr. Zeiss the successor of Till Feldmann. According to other sources neither Mr. Zeiss nor Mr. Feldmann are employed by the embassy.
