Once more, we got a fresh domain from the rail to relaunch our site. We got hacked and taken down again, but we were able to clearly identify the suspected attacker: Neubox.com Hosting, Mexico, and their tech support staff in particular. Apps for install via cPanel are compromised, packages do not match official checksums.

I sent another email to the german consul in Queretaro, Thomas Wagner. It seems he is ignoring my request once again.
What should I do next? This ongoing ignorance is making things quite difficult for me personally. Any advice is appreciated.

Guanajuato has distanced itself from the matter in an official letter to our editorial team, confirming that such an event never took place and insisting that these are deliberately fabricated messages intended to deceive.
Would the German Embassy like to comment on this?
